The Senior Product Designer will shape complex digital experiences by translating user research into end‑to‑end journeys, creating scalable design patterns and collaborating across product, engineering and research teams.

Responsibilities
- Plan and synthesize user research into journey maps, principles and design recommendations
- Define user journeys, task flows, service blueprints and interaction patterns for complex workflows
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI using design systems and accessibility standards
- Partner with product and engineering teams to align designs with requirements and technical constraints
- Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions and contribute to the design system, exploring AI‑assisted tools
Eligibility
- Product design expertise with strong interaction and service design knowledge
- Several years (5+ years) of hands‑on experience delivering complex digital products and conducting user research
