Overview

Senior UX Design Lead responsible for driving end‑to‑end product design from discovery to launch, shaping product vision with founders and tech teams, and crafting AI‑native user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, from discovery through launch, delivering seamless user experiences
• Define product vision, scope, and objectives in collaboration with founders, product leaders, and technology teams
• Prototype and validate product concepts rapidly, iterating designs based on technical feasibility and user feedback
• Conduct customer interviews to identify pain points and translate insights into actionable product opportunities
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces that simplify complex technology and enhance usability

Eligibility

• 4-6 years of hands‑on product design experience, including 0‑to‑1 products or MVPs in startups or product‑led companies
• Expertise in AI‑native user experience design and establishing/scaling design systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science or related field; UX design certification preferred
