Job Description
Overview
Lead UX Designer responsible for end‑to‑end design of digital products, guiding wireframes, prototypes and usability testing to meet business and user goals.
Experience
4-6 yrs
Responsibilities
- Lead design process from concept to delivery, aligning with business objectives
- Create detailed wireframes, user flows and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch
- Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability testing to improve product usability
- Facilitate collaborative workshops with stakeholders using FigJam, Miro or Freehand
- Develop customer journey maps, personas and perform competitive analysis to inform design decisions
Eligibility
- UX design domain expertise
- Minimum 4 years hands‑on UX design experience, up to 6 years leading projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science or related field
