Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX process
- Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to understand customer workflows and pain points
- Champion user-centered design and customer validation across the product lifecycle
- Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility
- Contribute to evolving the design system
- Drive data-informed, user-validated design
- Collaborate with stakeholders to embed customer insights and usability feedback into design processes
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of UX Design experience (or Master’s with 3+ years)
- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex, technical, or enterprise-scale applications
- Background in enterprise software, infrastructure management, or system monitoring tools
