Overview
Capco is seeking a Product Manager in Chennai to drive end‑to‑end product development for banking solutions, collaborating closely with UX/Experience Design teams and leveraging Agile SAFe practices. The role focuses on backlog management, design review, and go‑to‑market activities in the banking domain.
Experience
2-3 yrs
Responsibilities
- Manage product backlog, prioritization and oversee the full product development lifecycle
- Collaborate with UX/Experience Design teams to create and review designs
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning sessions using the SAFe framework
- Coordinate product launch, go‑to‑market and adoption initiatives
- Engage stakeholders and communicate progress across commercial, corporate, business and SME banking domains
Eligibility
- Banking domain experience (commercial, corporate, business or SME) – preferably 2‑3 years
- Product Manager, Product Owner or Lead Business Analyst experience with Agile/SAFe methodology
