Senior Data Governance - AI Driven Metadata Management

Overview

Lead product strategy and roadmap for AI-enabled metadata management within the CDO function, driving AI prompt engineering, data analysis, and regulatory compliance for banking clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and refine AI prompts to align with business objectives and improve model performance.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights that inform strategic decision‑making and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI‑driven metadata solutions into banking operations.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and functional specifications for AI‑enabled metadata platforms, ensuring alignment with BCBS 239, Basel III, GDPR and other regulations.
• Document processes, create training material, and lead workshops to promote metadata governance and adoption across the organization.

Eligibility

• Strong expertise in metadata management, data lineage, cataloging, and regulatory frameworks (BCBS 239, Basel III, GDPR).
• 5+ years of experience in product strategy, AI/ML enablement, data analytics, or related domains within financial services.
