UI/UX Designer -Pune/Bengaluru

Overview

Capco is seeking a user‑centric UI/UX Designer to lead the end‑to‑end design of digital products, from research and wireframing to high‑fidelity visuals and interactive prototypes, while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and create personas, journeys, and sitemaps
• Develop wireframes, high‑fidelity UI designs, and maintain design systems
• Build interactive prototypes and run usability testing sessions
• Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and developers for seamless design handoff

Eligibility

• UI/UX design expertise with user‑centered design principles
• Minimum 3 years professional experience as a UI/UX, Interaction, or Product Designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating research, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs
