Job Description
Overview
The Technical Product Manager will lead strategy, roadmap, development and lifecycle of digital products for Carrier, driving innovative solutions that deliver customer value and business growth. The role collaborates across engineering, UX, data science, sales and leadership to bring products from concept to launch.

10-12 years
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy and long‑term roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Manage end‑to‑end product lifecycle, including requirements, user stories, feature specs and release planning
- Engage customers and market to translate feedback into product enhancements and support demonstrations
- Lead cross‑functional teams (engineering, UX, architecture, support, sales) through workshops, sprint reviews and planning
- Define and track product KPIs, analyze usage data and drive continuous improvement and go‑to‑market activities
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in digital product management, building automation, energy management or smart building IoT platforms
- 10‑12 years of experience in product ownership, SaaS, cloud, AI/ML, analytics or related digital platforms
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or Electronics; MBA preferred
