Product Manager

Overview

Product Manager responsible for shaping the roadmap and strategy of Trust and Safety offerings in the fintech space, focusing on fraud, merchant activation, and cross‑functional delivery of secure payment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and product line strategy for Trust and Safety offerings
• Identify unmet merchant needs in fraud and abuse, design payment journeys and interventions, and bring new solutions from concept to rollout
• Optimize product distribution, merchant dashboard experiences, and self‑service onboarding to drive merchant activation and retention
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Business, Sales, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to deliver secure, high‑scale products
• Use SQL, funnel analytics, product metrics, and AI tools to measure performance, run experiments, and improve conversion funnels

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in Digital Payments, Payment Gateways, UPI, Merchant Acquiring, or SMB payment solutions
• 3–5 years of core product management experience in Fintech, Trust and Safety, Digital Payments, Merchant Acquiring, or SMB SaaS products
• Educational requirements not specified
