Overview
Senior Product Manager (Merchant Onboarding) at Cashfree Payments, responsible for shaping the onboarding experience and first‑transaction journey for merchants. Leads product strategy, regulatory compliance, AI‑driven automation and cross‑functional delivery.

Responsibilities
- Drive regulatory leadership and ensure compliance while turning new regulations into product advantage
- Design and scale in‑house onboarding capabilities including merchant identification, MCC detection and representative validation
- Create a seamless Day‑0 merchant journey in partnership with payment and UI/UX teams
- Integrate AI tools to automate onboarding workflows and reduce time‑to‑first‑transaction
- Own product backlog, prioritize stories, and collaborate with sales, marketing, ops, engineering, data science and design stakeholders
Eligibility
- Strong product management background in payments or financial services
- 6+ years of product management experience, preferably with B.Tech and MBA or equivalent
- Direct experience with payment technologies, APIs and merchant acquiring systems
