UX Designer

Overview

CGI is seeking an experienced UX Designer to create intuitive, user‑centered web and mobile experiences, collaborating with product, business, and technical stakeholders from discovery through implementation. The role involves research, design, testing, and delivering handoff assets in an Agile, hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and discovery workshops
• Define personas, user journeys, workflows, and information architecture
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative designs
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, UI designers, and present designs to stakeholders

Eligibility

• UX Design expertise for web and mobile applications
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in enterprise/digital platforms and Agile environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
