Senior Product Manager- Remote

Overview

Cimpress Technology is hiring an experienced Product Manager for its Access Platform team, focusing on Identity & Access Management, tenancy, authentication, authorization and fraud detection across all Cimpress businesses. The role involves defining product strategy, executing the roadmap, and delivering impactful features in collaboration with engineering, design, business, and security stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to define, build, and launch IAM and Access products.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews, analyze data, and monitor usage to guide decisions.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver product increments iteratively while balancing speed, quality, and risk.
• Monitor product performance and usage metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

Eligibility

• 4-8 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven environments
• Experience with identity management, access control, or related domains (preferred)
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and data‑driven decision making
