Overview
Principal Product Manager responsible for strategy and execution of Circle's customer onboarding platform, partnering with compliance, risk, legal, and engineering to scale across products and markets. Drive automation, regulatory alignment, and seamless customer experience while reporting metrics to executives and the Board.

Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the onboarding platform, focusing on automation and reduced time-to-activate.
- Partner with compliance, legal, risk, engineering, and product teams to design systems that balance regulatory rigor with seamless customer experiences.
- Translate regulatory requirements and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and engineering deliverables.
- Define, monitor, and report on platform performance metrics and risk indicators to executives and the Board.
- Engage with regulators, auditors, and examiners to demonstrate platform scalability and compliance.
