Senior Product Manager

Overview

The Senior Product Manager leads the design, development, and go-to-market strategy for a product suite within Clearwater, defining roadmaps and managing cross-functional teams to meet booking, NPS, and margin targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 8-15 developers and own the product backlog.
• Define requirements and roadmap, collaborating with development to build and release features.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather use cases, drive adoption, and measure feature success.
• Provide subject-matter expertise in alternative investments and support the sales team.
• Participate in employee retention and engagement initiatives and mentor other teams.

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in private markets and alternative investments.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in investment management, operations, or accounting.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related field.
