Product Manager

Overview

Codewalla seeks an AI‑native Product Manager to own end‑to‑end product building, turning ambiguous business problems into evidence‑driven prototypes, shipped software and measurable outcomes. The role blends product sense, technical fluency and AI tool usage with hands‑on involvement through launch and post‑launch learning.

Responsibilities

• Identify underlying problems behind requests, frame assumptions and challenge solutions using evidence.
• Rapidly create research, data analyses, interactive prototypes, technical spikes and small experiments to validate ideas.
• Leverage AI coding and prototyping tools to build and iterate product behavior, collaborating with design and engineering.
• Define measurable customer, operational and business outcomes, shape minimal viable releases and manage trade‑offs.
• Guide implementation through QA/UAT, launch, instrumentation and post‑launch analysis, continuously improving AI‑enabled workflows.

Eligibility

• Product management experience in software/AI products
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (no strict educational constraint mentioned)
