Product Manager

Overview

Coforge is seeking an experienced Airline Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of next‑generation airline technology solutions across retailing, operations, and AI‑driven automation. The role involves defining product roadmaps, collaborating with airline customers and engineering teams, and leading the end‑to‑end product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market opportunities
• Collaborate with airline customers, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to prioritize high‑value initiatives
• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through delivery, launch, and adoption
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, conduct market research, and assess competitive landscape
• Drive product development across key airline domains including PSS, retailing, Offer & Order Management, NDC/One Order, operations, and AI‑driven automation

Eligibility

• Deep domain expertise in airline industry and aviation technology ecosystems
• 14+ years of experience in product management, airline technology, aviation consulting, or digital transformation
• Proven track record building and managing enterprise SaaS platforms and product roadmaps
