Senior UX Designer

Overview

The UX Designer will craft UX strategy, conduct user research, interaction design and usability testing for digital applications across platforms, while leading the creative vision and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Derive and implement UX strategy, conduct user research and analysis, and perform usability testing.
• Create interaction designs, documentation, wireframes, prototypes and deliver creative assets for web, mobile and tablet applications.
• Lead the project's creative vision, plan milestones and guide the design delivery process.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project leads and development teams to gather requirements and validate designs.
• Define information architecture, task flows, sitemaps and apply user‑centered design methodologies throughout the project.

Eligibility

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Design or related field
• 6-9 years of professional experience in interaction and user experience design, preferably with enterprise applications, intranets and websites
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design for desktops, mobiles and tablets
