Overview

The role is for an experienced UX Researcher responsible for conducting independent, large‑scale qualitative and quantitative research to inform product development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent research using lab studies, field visits, ethnography, surveys, benchmark studies, server logs, and A/B testing
• Collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data, utilizing tools such as SPSS and R
• Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other UX Researchers to prioritize research opportunities
• Communicate research findings to cross‑functional partners to drive product impact
• Incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research plans

Eligibility

• UX research domain expertise with industrial experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience applying qualitative and quantitative research methods and generative research
