Design Systems Designer

Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Design Systems Designer to join our design team, responsible for designing, maintaining, and evolving our design system. The ideal candidate is an experienced product designer passionate about scaling design through systems. The role will evolve into a hybrid design systems/product design role.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the design system
• Refine existing components and design new systematic elements
• Partner closely with designers and engineers
• Maintain clear documentation and facilitate adoption
• Champion system standards and governance

Eligibility

• 3+ years of experience in software product design
• Experience designing components, tokens, and patterns in Figma
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or equivalent experience
