Lead Product Designer

Overview

Cohere Health is seeking a Lead Product Designer to join their design team, with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences in complex problem spaces. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for complex product areas
• Define experience principles, flows, and interaction patterns
• Build high-fidelity prototypes to communicate concepts and test usability
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data teams, and operations
• Own and evolve the design system across all Cohere products

Eligibility

• 5+ years of experience in software product design
• Proven ability to operate in complex domains
• Familiarity with frontend technologies
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or equivalent experience
