Job Description
Overview
The role involves designing and enhancing user experiences for enterprise applications, creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, and collaborating with product, engineering, and QA teams to deliver intuitive solutions. The designer will also conduct user research and leverage analytics to continuously improve the product.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve UX for enterprise applications, including dashboards, analytics interfaces, and configuration modules
- Translate business requirements into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications using Figma
- Conduct user research, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions
- Develop interactive prototypes, user journeys, and contribute to design systems, reusable components, and experience guidelines
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and QA teams to support implementation, review delivered features, and resolve usability concerns
Eligibility
- Strong expertise in user experience design, interaction design, and information architecture
- Minimum 3+ years of experience designing enterprise SaaS, fintech, or analytics platforms using Figma
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
