Lead Product Designer

Overview

Lead Product Designer responsible for shaping product experiences across one or more areas, partnering with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver high-quality, AI-enhanced B2B SaaS solutions. The role involves design strategy, systems thinking, and mentoring designers in a fully remote, India‑based environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy and execution for multiple product areas, translating customer needs and business goals into clear experience direction.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and data partners to define product vision, prioritize opportunities, and align teams on high‑quality outcomes.
• Drive quality reviews, set standards for usability, accessibility, visual consistency, and design‑system alignment across workflows.
• Mentor and coach designers, improve critique processes, and strengthen shared patterns and design standards.
• Define and measure design impact using metrics such as usability, adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

• 7+ years of product design experience, including leadership or mentorship roles.
• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS, platform, CRM, or workflow‑heavy applications, preferably with AI‑powered tools.
