Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive product initiatives from ideation to execution, with a passion for solving user problems through innovative product solutions. The ideal candidate has a background in sales, customer success, user research, user experience design, or engineering. The role involves working cross-functionally to deliver impactful product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own Product Development: Take ownership of the product development lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Drive User-Centric Innovation: Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and workflows.
• Define & Track Key Metrics: Establish measurable objectives to assess product success.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure seamless go-to-market strategies.
• Balance Strategy & Execution: Manage trade-offs between feature requests, technical constraints, and business needs.

Eligibility

• 1-3 years of product management experience with a track record of successfully launching and managing SAAS products.
• Previous experience in sales, customer success, UX research, design, or engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
