Overview
The Senior Product Manager will lead product development and launches for an AI‑focused identity control platform, shaping strategy, roadmaps, and cross‑functional execution. This role collaborates closely with engineering, design, and go‑to‑market teams to deliver high‑quality B2B solutions.
Experience
4-7 yrs
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap, prioritize backlogs, and write detailed user stories and requirements
- Conduct user interviews, surveys and data analysis to develop personas and identify improvement opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform product positioning and feature prioritization
- Partner with Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing and Sales throughout development cycles and launch activities
- Establish and track KPIs, analyze product metrics and feedback, and drive continuous improvement using Agile processes
Eligibility
- 4-7 years of product management experience, especially building B2B features for IT, InfoSec, or GRC teams
- Experience with platform administration, user management, intelligent automation, BI dashboards, enterprise APIs, RBAC, audit and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
