Overview

The UX Designer & Researcher will understand user needs and translate insights into engaging designs, handling research, prototyping, and usability testing. The role supports a remote/hybrid environment with competitive salary and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Create wireframes, low‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using design tools
• Organize and facilitate usability tests, analyze results, and iterate designs
• Synthesize research findings into personas, journey maps, and design documentation
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align designs with business goals

Eligibility

• UX design and user research expertise
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in UX design and research
• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
