Lead UX Designer

Overview

Lead UX Designer at Consilio responsible for end‑to‑end design of eDiscovery and legal technology products, shaping AI‑assisted workflows and evolving the company’s design system.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design for product areas, from problem framing to delivery and post‑launch iteration
• Partner with Product and Engineering early to shape solutions and keep design and code in sync
• Define interaction models for AI‑assisted workflows and evolve Consilio’s design system
• Build accessibility standards into the system and prototype rapidly using modern AI tools
• Lead user research, translate findings into actionable decisions, and advocate design decisions to senior stakeholders

Eligibility

• 8+ years designing complex enterprise or B2B software
• Hands‑on experience building and maintaining a design system in a multi‑product environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction/Visual/Industrial Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
