Overview
The role is for a Product Manager in Hyderabad focusing on Cornerstone's Workforce AI platform, responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of platform capabilities and bridging product strategy with engineering execution. The position is hybrid, reports to the Senior Director of Strategic Programs, and requires strong technical fluency and a customer‑centric mindset.

Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of platform capabilities from requirements, specs, sprint planning, release readiness to post‑release quality
- Partner daily with engineering teams to translate product strategy into well‑scoped, buildable increments
- Drive the release process including release notes, gating criteria, risk identification, and cross‑team dependency management
- Own API and headless access features, creating developer‑facing experiences and supporting enterprise customer escalations
- Contribute to platform quality and compliance practices, including SOC 2 and responsible AI documentation, while leveraging AI‑assisted workflows
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in enterprise SaaS/platform product management, preferably within HR tech or talent intelligence
- Minimum 5+ years of product management experience with a strong technical background and proven track record of shipping releases
- No specific educational constraint mentioned; relevant degree in Business, Computer Science or related field is a plus
