Product ( UX ) Designer

Overview

We are seeking a Product UX Designer to create intuitive, scalable user experiences for our AI‑powered workforce agility platform. The role involves designing end‑to‑end flows, building reusable design systems, and integrating AI‑driven features while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user experiences using Lovable, including wireframes, flows, and high‑fidelity prototypes
• Translate product requirements into intuitive, user‑centric UX solutions and iterate rapidly based on feedback and usability insights
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to standardize templates and maintain a centralized design system
• Design and integrate AI‑powered experiences such as conversational interfaces, recommendations, and automation into product workflows
• Leverage user behavior data and analytics to inform design decisions and ensure usability, accessibility, and scalability

Eligibility

• UX/Product design expertise for web‑based or SaaS products
• 2–5+ years of experience with modern UX tools (Lovable or similar) and experience building design systems
