Overview
Couchbase is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the search, indexing and query experience across its Cloud and Enterprise platforms, shaping the product from strategy through launch and adoption. The role partners closely with engineering, sales, GTM and AI teams to deliver AI‑ready retrieval capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end product strategy and roadmap for search, indexing and query across Couchbase Enterprise and Capella
- Define PRFAQs, PRDs, launch plans and post‑launch iteration for SQL++ query, secondary indexes, full‑text and vector/hybrid search
- Drive AI retrieval capabilities ensuring relevance, freshness and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, GTM and AI teams to deliver performance benchmarks, cost narratives and improved developer experience
- Lead design‑partner programs, enablement content and external communications such as briefings, webinars and blog posts
Eligibility
- Product management experience on technical platforms such as databases, data infrastructure, search, analytics, cloud or AI infrastructure
- Minimum 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years on a technical platform and deep systems knowledge
- No specific educational degree required; ability to work across India and US time zones
