Responsibilities
- Lead design vision, strategy and execution for a major product area, ensuring design quality across the product lifecycle.
- Define and navigate ambiguous problem spaces, translating insights into strategic design initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers and data scientists to design and ship scalable experiences.
- Apply AI tools throughout the design process to accelerate discovery, ideation, prototyping and iteration.
- Mentor designers and communicate design rationale to influence cross‑functional and senior stakeholders.
Eligibility
- UX/Product design expertise, preferably in EdTech or SaaS platforms
- 10+ years of experience leading end‑to‑end design solutions, including design systems and AI‑enhanced workflows
