Overview
The Product Manager will own the roadmap for CreditSea's digital lending products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, build, and launch features that improve conversion and user experience. The role involves data-driven analysis, experimentation, and ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines.
Experience

Responsibilities
- Own product roadmaps for onboarding, KYC, loan application, disbursal, repayment or collections journeys
- Translate business goals and customer insights into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineering and design to deliver features through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination
- Analyse funnel data, run A/B tests, and use insights to prioritize high-impact improvements
- Work with risk, compliance, support, and operations teams to ensure regulatory compliance and close the feedback loop
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology
- 1 to 3 years of product management or related experience in tech/fintech
- Experience with fintech, lending, or consumer internet products
