The role is a Product Manager for the Janus workflow orchestration platform, based in Hyderabad, focusing on translating finance processes into automated solutions and driving platform adoption across internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Advocate the Janus platform to internal stakeholders and demonstrate its benefits
- Collaborate with finance teams to understand processes, identify pain points, and gather detailed requirements
- Translate complex finance processes into efficient Janus workflows and propose optimization solutions
- Facilitate onboarding of workflows, provide training and support, and gather user feedback for platform improvement
- Work with other product managers to specify requirements, implement new features, and communicate solutions
Eligibility
- MBA degree
- 4-6 years of product management experience, preferably in finance or fintech
- Prior experience with at least one programming language
