Lead, Program Management (Systems)

Overview

The role is for an experienced Product/Program Manager to lead the Systems Program team in Hyderabad, partnering with engineering across firmwide applications, internal automation, platform infrastructure, and AI-driven capabilities. It focuses on driving execution, shaping product direction, and delivering scalable high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams across multiple focus areas including applications, automation, infrastructure, and AI.
• Drive execution of product initiatives and ensure timely delivery of scalable solutions.
• Shape product strategy and direction in collaboration with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional communication and alignment among engineering, product, and business teams.
• Oversee the development and implementation of internal platforms that enhance developer productivity and user efficiency.

Eligibility

• Product or Program management experience in technical infrastructure environments
• Experience with AI-driven capabilities and internal automation platforms
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
