Principal Manager, Product Management (Comply Tech)

Overview

The role is a Product Manager within the Investment Services Technology team, collaborating closely with the Compliance function and located in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Gurugram. You will drive technology solutions for compliance, manage the product roadmap, and lead end‑to‑end delivery of scalable fintech products.

Responsibilities

• Drive technological solutions that support critical compliance functions across the firm, collaborating with engineering, design, and business partners.
• Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap aligned with firm goals, incorporating user feedback and senior leadership input.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define product requirements, scope projects, and design solutions for pre‑trade compliance, trade‑restriction management, and regulatory reporting.
• Conduct technical design and architecture reviews, evaluate build‑versus‑buy decisions, and replace legacy systems with scalable in‑house platforms.
• Monitor product usage, gather feedback, maintain documentation, provide training, and manage product launches and backlogs.

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in investment management/hedge fund operations and compliance technology.
• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in financial services or investment management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, related field or an MBA.
