Program Manager

Overview

The role is a Product/Program Manager in the Systems Program team, based in Hyderabad, responsible for partnering with engineering teams across firmwide applications, internal automation, platform infrastructure and AI-driven capabilities. The manager will drive execution, shape product direction, and deliver scalable high‑impact solutions at the intersection of engineering, product and business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams across multiple focus areas to define and execute product roadmaps
• Drive execution and delivery of scalable solutions for internal platforms, automation, and AI capabilities
• Shape product direction by collaborating with business and product stakeholders
• Manage program timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes
• Oversee technical infrastructure initiatives including desktops, communications, and networking tools

Eligibility

• Product or program management experience in technical infrastructure or platform teams
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product and business stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field (MBA preferred)
