Overview
The role is a Product Manager focusing on AI/ML-driven logistics solutions at Delhivery, responsible for defining and shipping AI products that improve network efficiency and customer experience. You will partner with data science, engineering, and operations to turn operational pain points into scalable AI-powered outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Identify high‑impact operational problems and translate them into AI product opportunities
- Define success metrics tied to cost, delivery performance, NPS or revenue and own outcomes
- Design and ship human‑in‑the‑loop AI workflows, including experimentation, A/B tests and phased rollouts
- Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Finance, and Customer Experience to drive AI adoption
- Partner with data science and engineering to shape problem formulation, data requirements and model evaluation
Eligibility
- 2–5 years product management experience with 1–2 years of shipping ML/AI‑driven products
- Strong grasp of ML concepts, data analysis (SQL required, Python a plus) and experience with GenAI/LLM product design
- Engineering degree from a top‑tier institution preferred; MBA optional but not required
