Overview
The Sr Product Manager, Financial Services will lead the roadmap and delivery of fintech and vehicle‑related products for Delhivery’s transport platform, driving adoption, revenue and operational efficiency. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership from discovery through launch and post‑launch optimization.

Responsibilities
- Own product roadmap across FASTag, wallets, fuel card, GPS and upcoming lending services, tracking adoption, revenue and costs.
- Conduct field research with transporters, fleet owners and internal teams to identify friction in onboarding, KYC, activation and usage.
- Design and improve reliable transaction journeys, handling recharges, refunds, reconciliation, disputes and exception recovery.
- Manage integrations with banks, payment providers and technology partners, ensuring API readiness, testing and compliance controls.
- Write clear requirements, prioritize features, drive rollout, and apply AI‑enabled automation for efficiency and customer experience.
Eligibility
- Fintech, payments, lending, logistics platform product expertise
- 4+ years product management experience, preferably in fintech/payments, strong analytical and SQL skills
