The Senior Product Manager, Fleet Management Systems at Delhivery will lead product strategy and roadmap for the Orion/FMS platform, driving automation and AI‑enabled solutions across freight operations. - Define product strategy and roadmap across freight and fleet workflows and own business and product KPIs
- Identify manual workflows and redesign them using AI agents, automation and intelligent recommendations
- Engage with operations, vendors, drivers and customers to translate real‑world processes into system requirements
- Use data to pinpoint bottlenecks and improve metrics such as turnaround time, automation adoption, tracking compliance and productivity
- Partner with engineering and stakeholders to design scalable, reliable systems and drive execution from discovery through rollout
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in logistics, supply chain, fleet management or marketplace platforms
- 4+ years of product management experience in relevant domains
