Senior Product Designer

Overview

Delivery Hero India seeks a senior product designer to lead end‑to‑end design for high‑scale consumer and B2B2C applications, driving product strategy, AI‑assisted prototyping, and mentoring junior designers. The role spans research, UX/UI execution, design systems, and growth experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering leadership to define roadmaps and translate ambiguous business goals into intuitive design strategies
• Lead 0‑to‑1 product development from concept through launch, defining problem spaces and MVPs
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, synthesize insights into personas, journey maps, and growth opportunities
• Own full‑stack UX/UI design, delivering wireframes, flows, high‑fidelity UI and interactive prototypes across web, Android and iOS
• Drive and champion the global design system, ensuring component‑driven, responsive scalability
• Design and execute micro‑experiments, A/B tests, and growth loops to improve acquisition, activation and retention
• Utilize generative AI and low‑code tools to build functional prototypes and accelerate design workflow

Eligibility

• Experience designing consumer or B2B2C applications such as e‑commerce, super‑apps, fintech, edtech or SaaS
• 5–8 years of product/UX/UI design experience in fast‑paced environments
