Overview
Dover is seeking a Senior UX Designer to drive the UX strategy for digital products, ensuring solutions are usable, intuitive, and delightful. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class product experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design and interaction design principles.

Responsibilities
- Drive the UX strategy for digital products
- Collaborate with agile product teams to deliver product experiences
- Mentor and guide junior designers/analysts
- Evaluate competitive and innovative products to identify best practices
- Facilitate brainstorming and design workshops with cross-functional teams
Eligibility
- Proven experience in leading design, architecture, and optimization of websites and/or applications
- Strong expertise in user-centered design, usability, and interaction design principles
- Ability to conceive and document solutions through user flows, storyboards, wireframes, personas, prototypes, test cases, specifications, and user stories
