Overview

Dover is a diversified global manufacturer looking for a Tech Lead with 10-15 years of experience to lead design initiatives and collaborate with development teams. The role involves conducting user research, creating user personas, and designing intuitive user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design methodologies and front-end development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, create user personas, journey maps, and information architectures
• Design and develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces using modern design tools and front-end technologies
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Establish and document best practices for UI development focused on responsive design
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with 3-5 years in customer engagement
• Prior experience in leading design initiatives and collaborating with development teams
