Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create personas, journey maps, and information architectures
- Design and develop intuitive, responsive UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks
- Create wireframes, prototypes, high‑fidelity mockups and maintain design systems
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, gather feedback, and iterate based on usability testing
- Mentor junior designers, support QA reviews, and drive continuous improvement in design processes
Eligibility
- User‑centered design and front‑end development expertise
- 10+ years total experience, including 3‑5 years in customer engagement and leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
