Overview
The Product Manager – Enterprise Processes will lead product‑led transformation of Order‑to‑Cash and Record‑to‑Report journeys, owning roadmaps, AI‑driven development, and process mining visibility. The role drives enterprise data products, improves business outcomes, and partners with Business and Digital teams to deliver measurable improvements.

Responsibilities
- Own vision, roadmap, lifecycle and value realization of enterprise data products and lead data tracks for commercial, capacity and revenue planning.
- Define product strategy and success metrics for O2C and R2R journeys, map end‑to‑end processes in a process‑mining tool and identify improvement opportunities.
- Use AI, process mining and Lean methods to replace legacy workflows, automate manual touchpoints and enhance master data quality.
- Establish a balanced measurement framework and executive pulse dashboard covering leading indicators, outcomes and risk signals.
- Collaborate with Business and Digital teams to deliver process, policy, data, automation and integration improvements that drive OTIF, revenue growth and profitability.
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in product management, enterprise processes (O2C/R2R) and data product lifecycle.
- 5-8 years of experience in enterprise transformation, ERP/Finance/SCM systems and AI‑enabled product development.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
