- Lead AI‑first innovation across Assisted Services, building intelligent flows for payments, fraud, risk and trust.
- Design intuitive user experiences and backend workflows that reduce friction for teammates and operations.
- Partner with Engineering, Legal, Risk, Operations, Trust and Policy teams to define roadmaps and data‑driven decisions.
- Use analytics, teammate feedback and customer data to identify opportunities and improve product performance.
- Define strategy for financial services, risk and trust products while championing responsible AI and compliance.
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in AI‑driven systems, financial services, risk management and customer experience platforms.
- 5+ years product management experience with a track record of delivering integrated, policy‑embedded products.
