The Senior Product Manager will lead strategy and execution of AI‑powered help experiences at eBay, focusing on regulatory compliance and trusted commerce. The role collaborates across legal, policy, engineering, design, and data science to deliver scalable, explainable AI solutions.

Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, roadmap and execution for AI agents and composable AI platforms supporting regulatory compliance
- Identify and prioritize AI‑driven opportunities to improve policy interpretation and operational efficiency
- Partner with Legal, Policy, Compliance, Risk, Engineering, Design and Data Science to build scalable, trusted solutions
- Use data, experimentation and customer insights to guide decisions, measure impact and mitigate emerging risks
- Build alignment across cross‑functional teams and ensure AI products maintain customer trust, safety and ease of use
Eligibility
- Product management experience with AI/ML or data‑driven products, especially in trust, risk or compliance domains
- 6+ years of product management experience, preferably with AI/ML, regulatory compliance, or marketplace platforms
