Overview
The Program Analyst II leads the Shop Floor Scheduling team and the FST Finite Scheduling solution, driving product vision, strategy and execution for supply chain planning. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to enhance scheduling capabilities and technology.

Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy for the Shop Floor Scheduling solution
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap prioritizing features based on feedback and business goals
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and prioritize requirements
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of product features
- Coordinate product releases, including communication, training, and support
Eligibility
- Supply chain planning and manufacturing expertise
- 6+ years of planning/manufacturing experience with 1+ year of leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field
