UI/UX Designer

Overview

The UI/UX Designer will create intuitive, accessible experiences for the ServiceNow platform, translating user needs into designs for workspaces, portals, mobile and AI‑assisted workflows. The role involves research, prototyping, usability testing and delivering design specifications ready for development.

Responsibilities

• Design user experiences for ServiceNow workspaces, Employee Center, portals, mobile, Virtual Agent and AI‑assisted workflows.
• Produce user flows, wireframes, responsive layouts, clickable prototypes and design specs using Figma or comparable tools.
• Conduct user research activities such as interviews, journey mapping and usability testing, and synthesize findings into design recommendations.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers and analysts to ensure designs align with platform capabilities and agile delivery constraints.
• Document design decisions, contribute reusable patterns to the design system, and review implementations for compliance with accessibility and UX standards.

Eligibility

• Degree in HCI, UX, design, psychology, computer science, information systems or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional UI/UX or product design experience with a portfolio of digital experiences.
• Experience designing enterprise applications or workflow solutions, preferably on ServiceNow or similar low‑code platforms.
