Senior Product Manager

Overview

The Senior Product Manager will own the vision, strategy and roadmap for SmartSense CRE, Ecolibrium’s commercial real‑estate product line, translating market insight and customer feedback into competitive, high‑quality solutions. The role works cross‑functionally with engineering, design, sales and operations while overseeing AI‑enabled features and KPI performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer needs
• Collaborate with engineering, design and other teams to guide product development from concept to launch
• Define product requirements and scoping for AI‑driven features such as ML forecasting and conversational AI
• Define, monitor and act on key product performance indicators (KPIs)

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field (advanced degree a plus)
• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in IoT, building management or related industries
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and work with AI/ML product concepts
