Overview

EXL Health seeks a Product Manager to lead development of healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse detection products for US insurance payment integrity. The role involves shaping product vision, managing the lifecycle, and delivering solutions through agile, data‑driven processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision and strategy for fraud, waste, and abuse detection solutions
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch using data‑driven insights
• Apply creative problem‑solving to address complex healthcare challenges
• Engage stakeholders to gather and translate detailed product requirements
• Facilitate agile, sprint‑based development and maintain comprehensive documentation

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse detection
• 5+ years product management experience, preferably in healthcare; technical/programming background desirable
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Engineering or related field
