Senior Manager

Overview

The Senior Manager, AI Product Management will lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and delivery of AI/ML products and capabilities, accountable for portfolio outcomes and cross-functional alignment. This role requires mentoring a team of product managers and ensuring adherence to responsible AI and compliance standards. The goal is to drive business outcomes through AI product development.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI product strategy and roadmap aligned to business objectives and user needs
• Lead discovery, proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives, and general availability launches
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering on model lifecycle, evaluation, performance, and reliability
• Establish robust observability and ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
• Drive cross-functional alignment and manage and develop product managers

Eligibility

• 7–10+ years of product management experience
• 4+ years in AI/ML or data products
• 2+ years managing product managers
• Advanced degree (MBA or technical field) preferred
